• Acknowledge all pilots or customers upon entering or leaving the facility
• Ensure ramp access security
• Take fuel and service requests
• Ensure all service requests are completed properly
• Closing Service orders to include payment via credit card, cash, or check
• Take customer's requests via phone, radio, internet
• Verify all information for arrivals and departures are correct
• Maintain a clean work enviroment
• Set up new accounts, maintain records and reports, and other clerical duties
• Mainain a professional environment to include, professional appearance and attitude
• Other duties as assigned
